ERLV Inc. operates InvestInWash, a location research platform for professional investment teams. Workspace access is provided by invitation; self-service registration and checkout are unavailable. It is a research aid. It is not a broker, dealer, or advisor, and it does not offer, solicit, or execute investments.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. Do not scrape, overload, resell, or reverse engineer the service; do not attempt to bypass workspace permissions or usage limits; and do not use the product to harass people or to store unlawful content. We may suspend access for abuse or unpaid invoices.
Your workspace agreement determines your access. The move to invited workspaces does not erase historical payments or existing cancellation and refund rights. For an existing paid subscription, the established billing terms remain: paid plans bill in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not erase the current period unless the Refund Policy applies. Listings, scores, memos, and maps compile third-party and public-record inputs that can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Nothing in the product is investment, legal, tax, or real-estate advice. You remain responsible for independent diligence before any purchase, sale, or financing decision.
We store account identity, tenant membership, watchlists, notes, and generated memos so the product can function. We do not sell that workspace content. See the Privacy Policy for handling details.
Map tiles, places, and related imagery are provided by Google and are subject to Google Maps Platform terms. Those terms pass through to you. Do not cache or redistribute Google content beyond what the Maps APIs allow.
The first payment on a new paid subscription is refundable within 14 days as described in the Refund Policy. Later renewals are not automatically refundable.
