If you are a new paying customer, you may request a refund of your first InvestInWash subscription payment within 14 days of that charge. The refund covers that first payment only, not later renewals, add-on usage, or taxes we cannot recover from the processor.
Email support@investinwash.com from the account address with the approximate charge date. We refund to the original payment method when the processor allows it. Access to paid features may end when the refund is issued.
Renewals after the first payment, charges on a different workspace, or fees from third parties (including Google Maps overages caused by misuse) are outside this policy unless required by Texas law.
