ERLV Inc. collects account data (name, email, authentication secrets we hash, plan, and role), tenant membership, and workspace content you create: watchlists, notes, and memos. We also store operational logs needed to run billing, sessions, and abuse prevention.
We use this information to authenticate you, isolate tenant data, deliver the product, bill subscriptions, send verification and service email, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information. We do not use workspace notes or memos to train public models.
If you use maps, Google may receive location queries and related usage data under Google’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control Google’s independent processing.
We keep account and tenant records while the workspace is active and for a limited period after deactivation for audit and recovery. You can update profile fields in Settings or email support@investinwash.com to request account deactivation.
